<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black">As many of you will appreciate Graduate Student support is incredibly important<span class="xapple-tab-span">
</span>to our students, programs and campus. Many of our R1 institutions and sister campuses help support their students through these highly competitive federal training grant proposals. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black">The incentive program will provide administrative help and a quarter of graduate student support for each writer of a successful TGPPF proposal. If the training grant is successful
then a further quarter of support will be provided.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black">Many of us are new to writing these proposals. As a way to help we have an extra workshop. This one focuses on NIH training grants but we hope to organize a further NSF training
grant workshop in the new year.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
