California Governor Newsom enacted an <a href="https://www.gov.ca.gov/2020/05/08/governor-newsom-issues-executive-order-to-protect-public-health-by-mailing-every-registered-voter-a-ballot-ahead-of-the-november-general-election/"><span style='color:#1155CC'>executive order</span></a> that mandates all county officials to send vote-by-mail ballots which means all Californians will have this option.
