Welcome to the Scotmail announcement distribution system. Scotmail is a series of email lists that are available to disburse information to persons who have interest in the topic for which the list has been created.
There are seven optional lists:
- AthleticEvents
- CampusSafety
- CampusServices
- Colloquia
- CulturalEvents
- StudentLife
- Staff Assembly
Please use the following form to subscribe to a Scotmail list. You will receive a list information email after you successfully subscribe. When entering your email address, please enter your actual e-mail address, NOT an alias (first.last). Your actual email address should look something like:
doej@ucr.edu (not john.doe@ucr.edu).
Digest Mode gives you an opportunity to receive your "non mandatory" Scotmails in a single release once per day at approximately 12:00 noon. This feature is voluntary and can be signed up for individually by list.
Unsubscription from a Scotmail list requires a password (You cannot unsubscribe from any "Mandatory" list). A password was automatically generated for you when you completed the subscription process. To retrieve your password, please use the "Edit Options" feature found on the "General Information" page located in the list archive page.
