[Faculty] iGrade Start of Term Announcement

Dear UCR Faculty,

The Registrar's Office hopes that your Winter term is off to a great start. This message is to inform instructors that their list of assigned courses is available in iGrade<https://o365ucr-my.sharepoint.com/personal/halva003_ucr_edu/Documents/Desktop/Term%20Grade%20Reminders/Grade%20Reminder%20Templates/igrade.ucr.edu> (UCR's grade submission system) and to request that all instructors review that list for accuracy. Taking a moment to review this list now will help make grade submission run more smoothly at the end of the term.

To access your course list:

  1.  Log into iGrade<http://igrade.ucr.edu/> with your UCR NetID and password
  2.  Your courses for the Winter term should display. If they do not:
     *   Select "Winter 2023" from the "Select a Term" drop down menu
     *   Click "Update Course List"
     *   Your current course(s) for Winter 2023 should then be visible
  3.  Contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance if your course list has missing or incorrect courses


Winter 2023 Grade Submission Schedule:
Rosters available in iGrade
Monday, January 3
Grade submission opens
Monday, March 13 @ 8am (Week 10 of the Winter term)
Final grade submission deadline
Tuesday, March 28 @ 11:59pm (Tuesday after finals week)
