[Faculty] Important Updates to iGrade and R'Space

Dear UCR Faculty,

We hope your Fall quarter is going well and wanted to ensure you were aware of 2 system updates that were completed over the weekend:

Access Waitlists in iGrade:
Access to faculty waitlist information will now be through iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/> <https://igrade.ucr.edu/> instead of R’Space. Once logged into iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/>, click on the link for access to your waitlists. Detailed instructions are available below.

R’Space Update:
The Banner Student Profile in R’Space<https://rspace.ucr.edu/> has been renamed the Banner Student Academic Summary to align with what students now see in R’Web. This summary provides students, faculty and staff with most student academic records from term enrollment, test scores, grades and more.
Please Note: Access to the Student Academic Summary is dependent on job duties and not all staff or faculty will see this icon in R’Space.


How to access waitlist information from iGrade:

  1.
From the iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/> <https://igrade.ucr.edu/> homepage, click the link to view waitlists.

You will be directed to a new browser tab. After your list of sections loads, click in any blank area on the line of the section you wish to view.

After your section loads, click on the Wait List link.
