From halim.alvarez at ucr.edu Mon Jun 2 09:32:51 2025 From: halim.alvarez at ucr.edu (Halim Alvarez) Date: Mon, 2 Jun 2025 09:32:51 -0700 Subject: [Faculty] Spring 2025 iGrade Submission Window Open Announcement Message-ID: [image: cid:image008.png at 01D64305.1C624CB0] Dear UCR Faculty, As we near the end of the quarter, we would like to remind you that grading for the Spring term is now open. Please review the following important information regarding grade submission: v *Tuesday, June 17th at 11:59pm* is the final deadline for submitting Spring grades via iGrade . v Courses without submitted grades will be designated with a "GD" (Grade Delay), which can potentially affect students' course registration and graduation. v If you are teaching an ?In Progress? course, please remember that students should be given the grade ?IP? until their final quarter, in which they should receive a letter or S/NC grade. An incomplete (?I?) is not generally a correct mark for an ?In Progress? course. v We have provided a grading scale on our website for your reference, which includes different grade levels for undergraduate (U) and graduate (G) students, as well as different grade modes/types (such as Satisfactory/No Credit, Letter Grade, or both). *Grade Mode/Type* P = Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) L = Letter Grade B = Both Letter Grade or S/NC v Canvas rosters can be easily imported into iGrade without any additional manipulation. Instructions are available here for your convenience. v The faculty self-service icon is now available on iGrade. To access your course list: 1. Log into iGrade with your UCR NetID and password 2. Your courses for the Spring term should display. If they do not, select ?Spring 2025? from the ?Select a Term? drop down menu 3. Contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance if your course list has missing or incorrect courses Spring 2025 Grade Submission Schedule: Rosters available in iGrade Monday, March 31st Grade submission opens Monday, June 2nd @ 8am (Week 10 of the Spring term) Final grade submission deadline Tuesday, June 17th @ 11:59pm Additional resources for iGrade and grading are available on the Registrar?s Website .
