[Faculty] A Survey on Faculty Involvement with NCFDD

Dear Faculty Colleague,

I am writing to assist the The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
which is running a survey of faculty on their familiarity and/or level of
engagement with the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity
<https://www.ncfdd.org/home> (NCFDD).  The survey seeks to determine what
aspects of the NCFDD resources that are working well for faculty, as well
as to gauge the merit of continued annual institutional funding support. It
is intended to assess participation levels and identify the helpfulness of
NCFDD opportunities within broad categories:

   1. Understanding of NCFDD participant experience,
   2. Strengths and areas of opportunity of the National Center for Faculty
   Development and Diversity,
   3. Adequacy of resources and opportunities to meets the needs of your
   participation,
   4. Degree to which you, as a participant, feel seen and supported to
   participate in the various NCFDD programs and opportunities, and
   5. Your professional development needs as reflected in the NCFDD
   offerings.

Your participation is voluntary, and every effort will be made to keep your
responses confidential. *The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes
