[Faculty] Spring 2025 Start Of Term Announcement

Dear UCR Faculty,

Welcome back to the Spring term from the Registrar's Office. We would like to draw your attention to some important information regarding grading and iGrade for the upcoming term.

Course rosters are now available in iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/>. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review your course list for accuracy. Conducting this review now will facilitate a smoother grade submission process at the end of the term.

To review your course list, please follow these steps:

1. Log into iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/> using your UCR NetID and password.
2. Your courses for the Spring term should be displayed. If they are not:
   a. Select "Spring 2025" from the "Select a Term" dropdown menu.
   b. Click "Update Course List."
   c. Your current course(s) for Spring 2025 should then be visible.
3. If you encounter any missing or incorrect courses, please contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance.

Spring 2025 Grade Submission Schedule
Rosters available in iGrade
Monday, March 31st
Grade submission opens
Monday, June 2nd @ 8am (Week 10 of the Spring term)
Final grade submission deadline
Tuesday, June 17th @ 11:59pm (Tuesday after finals)
