[Faculty] Official change of faculty title in APMs

Dear Faculty Colleagues,

I would like to draw your attention to the attached cover letter from
Systemwide Provost Katherine Newman, which aligns multiple APMs with the
earlier revision to APM 285
<https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-285.pdf>
that formalized the titles *Assistant Professor of Teaching, Associate
Professor of Teaching,* and *Professor of Teaching.* As a reminder, use of
LPSOE/LSOE titles is no longer valid and should be discontinued.
