Dear Faculty Colleagues,

Each year at this time, we solicit campus input on proposed revisions to
the merit and promotion review procedures documented in The CALL, with the
goal of improving their effectiveness, efficiency, and clarity. Please
submit your suggestions directly to me at vpap at ucr.edu by close of business
on February 25, 2026.
