Service Periods Vs Pay Periods VPAP Memo Revised

Dear all,

Please see the attached letter from Dan Jeske, Vice Provost for Academic
Personnel, regarding the Service Periods vs. Pay Periods memo.

The memo, dated March 19, 2026, has been updated to include:

- Academic Year 2025-26 dates for Fall, Winter, and Spring.

- An updated Academic Year Calendar for 2023-2029 with a new link.

This information is available on the Academic Personnel website under Local

Please note that the appointment letter template will be revised to include
this updated memo. A separate email will be sent to Academic Personnel
