[Msoadm] Commitment Memo to Export Control Compliance - 2021

On behalf of Charles Greer:

In the context of establishing our local export control compliance program, please find the attached memorandum for review and distribution within your organization.  The intent of this memorandum is to demonstrate UC Riverside's commitment to export control compliance in accordance with the University of California Policy on Export Control, and to inform the campus community of the establishment of an Export Control Office.  This memorandum does not purport to give a comprehensive summary of all export procedures, rules, regulations, or prohibited transactions.

A copy of this memorandum will be made available on the soon to be announced Export Control Office website.
