Quick update. I'm resuming the task of managing the Academic appointees Interlocation One Time Payments and MLA Requests (existing and new).
Please forward your new requests and or follow-ups to academicpersonnel at ucr.edu<mailto:academicpersonnel at ucr.edu> attention to Sonia Kalogonis and please no longer to Jill Sadey's and Katina Napper's attention.

As a reminder, please refer to the Inter-Location One- Time Payment (OTP) and Multi-Location Appointment (MLA) local guidelines when processing OTP and MLA /temporary inter-location appointment situations for an academic appointee. The local guidelines and forms (OTP UPAY 644C-T and MLA UPAY 560-T) are available on the Academic Personnel Office<https://academicpersonnel.ucr.edu/compensation#interlocation_one_time_pay_and_multilocation_appointment> website under Compensation> Inter-Location One Time Pay and Multi-Location Appointment.

For Academic appointees Interlocation One Time Payments and MLA Requests please forward to academicpersonnel at ucr.edu<mailto:academicpersonnel at ucr.edu> attention to Jill Sadey and Katina Napper. Both Jill and Katina will be managing these forms going forward as of Monday, August 2, 2021. For OTPs and MLAs that have already been sent to me and pending, I will include Jill and Katina in the correspondence to ensure a seamless transition.
