[Msoadm] Delays in Posting CCRRS Transactions

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised of an issue related to the Cash Collection and Register Reconciliation System (CCRRS) feeds to the general ledger (UCRFS) that impacts revenue entries in the general ledger and the relate ledger reconciliations. On 2/18/2022, the process to create the journal in UCRFS malfunctioned preventing the CCRRS transactions from posting to the general ledger.  ITS resolved the issue on 3/5 and the approved Cash Collection Reports (CCR's) for 2/18/2022-2/28/2022 were posted to period 9 (March 2022) in UCRFS.  The approved CCR's for 2/1/2022-2/17/2022 were appropriately posted to period 8 (February 2022) in UCRFS.
