Attached is the 2023 APO Spring Letter and 2023 Summer Salary Guidelines for Summer Compensation for your reference. These documents are available in the Compensation<https://academicpersonnel.ucr.edu/compensation#local_compensation_policy_and_guidelines> section of the Academic Personnel Office website, under Compensation Local Compensation Policy and Guidelines.

As you're aware, the 2023 APO Spring Letter provides a timeline for centrally processed Merits & Promotion actions approved for Senate Faculty, as well as Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) deadline dates to consider for when salary or leave actions are processed in UCPath with an effective date before July 1st, which can adversely impact budget and staffing reporting.

These documents may be be forwarded to your respective units.
