This communication is to inform the campus of the revised Local Procedure: Senior Management Group (SMG) Performance Management and Five-Year Senior Leadership Development Assessment (LDA) Process for SMG members.



Who The Revision Will Impact

The revision applies to Senior Management Group (SMG) members.



Revision

Revisions to the local procedure and LDA include:



·        further alignment to the LDA process.

·        information on how the final reports will be shared with the person under review.

·        updates to the consultation process and confidentiality of the evaluation responses.
