[Msoadm] June 2024 Period 13 Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for your patience as we worked through the first fiscal closing on Oracle.  The June 2024 Period 13 (formerly 998) fiscal year end ledgers are now officially closed. The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2024-06_Period 13 Final have been published and are available in RSpace under the Tools section "Financial Web Reports<https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>".

Some notes and reminders about the June 2024 Period 13 ledgers:


  *   LRSS reconciliations are due 10/29/2024 with certifications due by 11/12/2024.
  *   Since Oracle Budget does not currently have period 13, issues with Oracle budget arose when the period closed, and the last update to FY2024 budget was 10/3/2024, reconciliation of the budget on the FTD reports may not be possible.  Instead, please focus on reconciling actuals.  Looker may be used to reconcile with the control budget in Oracle Financials to Oracle Budget provided the entire FY2024 is used and not the period for default project COA chart strings.  For projects, PPM budget should be reconciled with Oracle Budget and Looker.
