The Avanti R’Employee Services Portal Is Launching in January 2026





Dear MSOAdm Group,


UCR Human Resources (HR), in partnership with Information Technology
Solutions (ITS), is pleased to announce that the new employee self-service
portal, R’Employee Services, will launch on January 12, 2026. This
milestone is part of Avanti <https://hr.ucr.edu/avanti>, UC Riverside’s
campus-wide journey to strategically transform HR services into a unified
HR ecosystem. To learn more about Avanti and the exciting changes to some

Support Requested: Update Your Unit’s HR Resource Materials

Beginning January 12, 2026, UCR staff can use the R’Employee Services
portal to access select HR services, including Leave of Absence and
retirement counseling requests. The long-term vision is to add more
employee-facing services to this portal so that it may serve as a true
one-stop shop for all UCR employees.


That said, we ask that you audit your existing HR resource materials such
as website content, knowledge articles, and handbooks, and update them to
direct staff to the R’Employee Services portal for HR requests by January
12, 2026. You may use the language below to update your unit’s HR resource
materials:


“Beginning January 12, 2026, R’Employee Services will serve as the
self-service portal for HR services, including Leave of Absence and
retirement counseling requests. Please continue to work with your
department’s HR coordinator and Shared Service Center (SSC) for other
service support.”
