[Msoadm] July 2026 Monthly Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,


The July 2026 month end ledgers are now officially closed. The related
Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) for 2026-07 have been published
and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports
<https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.  Please take action in time for August
ledgers on any discrepancies found in July ledgers.



Some notes and reminders:



   - LRSS reconciliations are due 9/24/2026 with certifications due by
   10/1/2026
   - Carryforward balances are not final since June 2026 period 13 ledgers
   are not closed


As issues are identified, please consult the *Known Issues*
<https://bfs.ucr.edu/support> webpage, and report any new concerns by
submitting a ticket using the *BFS support site*
<https://bfs.ucr.edu/support#request-help-submit-a-ticket>
