UCR Catastrophic Leave Sharing Program - We Need Your Help!





Dear Colleagues,



The UCR Catastrophic Leave Sharing Program
<https://hr.ucr.edu/employee-resources/catastrophic-leave-sharing-program-guidelines>
provides
a mechanism for employees to donate vacation hours to employees who have
exhausted all paid leave balances due to a catastrophic illness or injury.
Employees who have experienced a catastrophic illness or injury may request
to use donated hours to temporarily continue salary and benefits.



We ask that you consider donating vacation hours through the catastrophic
leave program to assist fellow employees. Donations can be made in one-hour
increments; even one hour would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be
