[Msoadm] Fall 2026 Start of Term Announcement

Dear UCR Faculty,


Welcome back to the Fall term from the Registrar’s Office. Please review
the important information below regarding grading and iGrade for the
upcoming term.


Course rosters are now available in iGrade. We kindly ask that you take a
moment to review your course list for accuracy. Conducting this review will
facilitate a smoother grade submission process at the end of the term.


To review your course list, please follow these steps:


1. Log into iGrade using your UCR NetID and password.

2. Your courses for the Fall term should be displayed. If they are not:

   a. Select “Fall 2026” from the “Select a Term” dropdown menu.

   b. Click “Update Course List.”

   c. Your current course(s) for Fall 2026 should then be visible.

   *Missing or incorrect courses:* Please contact your department's
   scheduling coordinator for assistance.

   *Professional and Global Education (formerly Extension) instructors:* Please
   contact their general inbox at register at ucx.ucr.edu for assistance with
   their grading platform.

Fall 2026 Grade Submission Schedule

Rosters available in iGrade

Monday, September 21st

Grade submission opens

Monday, November 30th @ 8am (Week 10 of the Fall term)

Final grade submission deadline

Tuesday, December 15th @ 11:59pm (Tuesday after finals)
