<p class="MsoNormal">The University and UC-AFT have agreed to a general range adjustment increase of 1.0% effective June 1, 2021, applicable to all Non-Senate Faculty (NSF) titles in Unit 18. The increase will apply to Summer Session 2021 compensation. The
reason for the increase is a settlement from a provision in the expired agreement. Please note that this increase is not part of any successor agreement between the University and UC-AFT. The parties are continuing to negotiate a contract that includes additional
future salary increases.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The NSF Unit 18 salary scales have been adjusted by a general range adjustment increase of 1.0% and are available on the Office of the President-Academic Personnel website, located

<p class="MsoNormal">The range adjustment is being coordinated by the Office of the President-Academic Personnel and will be implemented by the UCPath Center (UCPC) in conjunction with the Central Academic Personnel Office (APO) and UCR UCPATH Campus Support
Center (CSC). Existing employees with system wide scale rates will be updated via the range adjustment process in June. Orgs will be notified and sent a validation report when the updates are complete. Below is the Non-senate Faculty (NSF) salary program
