<p class="MsoNormal">UCPath Compensation Team has reported errors identified for the range adjustment process for the Ladder Rank Titles effective October 1, 2022. Our campus was impacted specifically with the HCOMP faculty (with an off-scale o/s) who are missing
their Y pay component. UCPath is working on deleting the rows processed on Monday, 9/15-Tuesday, 9/16 for this population. This has been urgently escalated to their ITS team to resolve ASAP.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">UCPath is also working on finishing the range adjustment processes for all Ladder Rank titles to ensure the 4% base annual, 3% to above-scale and 3% off-scale salaries are adjusted.<o:p></o:p></p>
