<p class="Body6ptafter" style="margin-top:12.0pt">As you may be aware, the RX, TX, and HX collective bargaining agreements between the University and UPTE have expired, and we are now in status quo. Attached are management communications regarding the terms
and conditions affected by the contract expiration.<o:p></o:p></p>
