<p class="Body6ptafter" style="margin-top:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The United Automobile, Aerospace, Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) union, is attempting to organize UC Student Services and Advising
Professionals to become their exclusive representative regarding terms and conditions of employment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Body6ptafter" style="margin-top:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Attached is a copy of the UAW's Request for Recognition and HEERA Representation Petition which must be posted no later than
<b>today, Monday, November 18, 2024.</b> Under the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) rules, the notice must be conspicuously posted on physical and electronic bulletin boards at all locations where employees in the proposed unit work.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Body6ptafter" style="margin-top:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Please note that
<b><u>the notice must be posted as soon as possible and no later than Monday, November 18</u></b>.
<b>The notice must remain in place until December 11, 2024</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
