<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) filed a request with the State of California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) to
be recognized as the exclusive representative of UC Student Services Advising Professionals (SSAP) regarding their terms and conditions of employment. On April 18, 2025, the University voluntarily recognized the UAW as the exclusive representative of the new
SSAP bargaining unit.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:12.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:normal">
