<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><p class="MsoNormal">Dear Colleagues,<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">The “2025-06_Period 12 Prelim Final” ledger was officially closed on July 21, 2025. The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2025-06_Period 12 Prelim Final have been published and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “<a href="https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/" target="_blank">Financial Web Reports</a>”.  Please take action in time for July ledgers on any discrepancies found in June ledgers.  </p><p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#000000">Some notes and reminders:</font><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)"><br></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">Accounting and the Central Budget Office are still working in period 13 to close FY2025.  This means that FY2025 is not finally closed. </span></li></ul><ul><li>LRSS reconciliations are due <b style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">8/7/2025 </b><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">with certifications due by </span><b style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">8/21/2025</b><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">. </span></li></ul><ul><li>The Budget Office has advised that the <b style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">budgets for non-project COAs </b><i style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">may not</i><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)"> be accurately reflected on the June 2025 Prelim Final Financial Transaction Detail (FTD) Reports, in Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Control Budget, and in Looker Finance. </span><b style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">Contract and Grant Project Budgets</b><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)"> also may not be accurately reflected on June Prelim Final FTD Reports, in Looker - Finance, and in Oracle PPM. </span>
