The results of the recent Call for Nominations/Ballots for the elected officers of the Riverside Division of the Academic Senate are as follows:

Professor Barish from the department of Physics & Astronomy has been elected to serve as the Chair of the Division for a two-year term beginning September 1, 2024.

One valid nomination received:                         Manuela Martins-Green

Committee on Committees                             3-year terms beginning September 1, 2024

  *   Two representatives from CHASS, not to be chosen from Philosophy

Professor Dubcovsky from the department of History and Professor Kraut from the department of Dance have been elected to serve as representatives to the Committee on Committees for three-year terms beginning September 1, 2024.

  *   One representative from BCOE, not to be chosen from Electrical & Computer Engineering.

One valid nomination received:            Zhiyun Qian



  *   One representative from CHASS, to complete David Lloyd's unexpired term ending in 2026. Elected representative cannot be from Philosophy.  This position will begin July 1, 2024, and expire on August 31, 2026.
One valid nomination received:            Traise Yamamoto


  *   One representative from SOM or SPP, to complete Padmini Varadarajan's unexpired term ending in 2025. This position will begin immediately following the completion of the election process and expire on August 31, 2025.

One valid nomination received:            Scott Pegan
