Dear UCR Faculty,



With the UC Cybersecurity mandate deadline approaching the Senate is
hosting an information session with ITS to help address concerns faculty
have regarding cybersecurity tools and their overall security strategy.
This will be an important opportunity to engage, voice concerns, and seek
clarity regarding the mandate and the tools selected.



Key topics being addressed:

   1. Effectiveness
   2. Scope
      1. Personal Devices vs University Devices
   3. Why this specific software?
   4. Research Compliance
   5. Audience Questions / Concerns
