is submitted, researchers must adhere to the office of Research and Economic Development’s (RED) proposal submission policy, which requires that the final proposal (i.e., final document(s) that are reviewed, endorsed by Sponsored Programs Administration (</span><a href="https://research.ucr.edu/spa"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:105%;color:windowtext;text-decoration:none">SPA)</span></a><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:105%">,
