instruction via Zoom in response to the serious incident that occurred on Sunday.</span><span style="mso-ligatures:none"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;mso-ligatures:none">While there does not seem to be any threat to the campus community from the said incident at this point, I write to affirm the Academic Senate’s concurrence with
such pivots as course and curricular matters are at the center of the faculty Senate’s purview. As always, please note that proper notice to students and teaching staff is necessary to ensure effective delivery of instruction.</span><span style="mso-ligatures:none"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
