<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">As you’ll read in the attached materials, UCSF initiated and sent forth to all Senate divisions and the Systemwide Senate office an
<i>Adjunct Faculty Series Academic Senate Membership Memorial to the Regents</i>, and a
<i>Health Sciences Clinical Faculty Series Academic Senate Membership Memorial to the Regents</i>. As laid out in the attached, the Senate will handle the memorials in accordance with Systemwide
<a href="https://senate.universityofcalifornia.edu/bylaws-regulations/bylaws/blpart1.html#bl90">
Bylaw 90</a>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
