[Students] Block Party 2022

Hello Highlanders,

Associated Student Program Board’s welcome concert, Block Party, is scheduled for Saturday, September 24th! This year’s Block Party will feature live musical performances, attractions, food trucks, photo booths, and much more!

To attend Block Party, you must (1) RSVP on University Tickets, (2) complete pre-concert training module, (3) have your physical R’Card, and (4) show all the previously listed items to receive your wristband during distribution days. Late registration will not be permitted after the deadline and any student who does not register prior to the deadline will not receive a wristband.

Step #1- Reserve a ticket<https://ucrfineartsticketoffice.universitytickets.com/w/event.aspx?id=1388> – Registration closes on Thursday, September 22nd at 11:59pm.

Step #2- Complete Pre-concert training module<https://interwork.sdsu.edu/echeckup/concert/ucr-concert>- Must be completed before picking up your wristband

Step #3 Present Physical R’Cards – Must present your physical R’Card to pick up wristband and concert entry. If you have misplaced your card, connect with Card Services at Highlander Service Station (cardingoffice at ucr.edu<mailto:cardingoffice at ucr.edu>)

Step #4 Attend Wristband Distribution Days- While wristband supplies last!

  *   September 19th 7pm-9pm (Belltower)
  *   September 20th 4pm-8pm (HUB 111)
  *   September 21st 10am-6pm (HUB 111)
  *   September 22nd 9am-4pm (HUB 111)
  *   September 23rd 9am-4pm (HUB 111)
  *   September 24th 9am-12pm (UNLH 1000)

On the day of Block Party, entrances will open at 4:30pm. Students can line up to enter the event near the Student Services Building Lawn starting at 3pm. To enter, students must present their physical R' card and Block Party 2022 wristband. If their wristband and/or R'Card is lost, students will not be allowed to enter, NO Exceptions. No wristband equals no access to the event.

Concert Policies
· Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Empty reusable water bottles permitted to refill at water stations.
· Only small body bags permitted; no larger than 5”x7”.
· No re-entry into the event.

COVID-19 ​Guidelines
· Masks highly encouraged for the outdoor event.
· Hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue.
· Masks provided at the ASPB info booth at the Bell Tower
