ASUCR Community Service Committee:

The Community Service Committee is dedicated to ensuring a fair and inclusive vetting and onboarding process. We are looking for passionate and dedicated UCR students to join one of the positions below:

  *   Vice Chair: Serves as the Community Service Director's assistant, during meetings, the vice chair will fill in and lead committee meetings in the absence of the Community Service Director. Otherwise, the Vice-chair serves as a member of the committee.

  *   Committee Member: Serves as a member of the Community Service Committee, helping to organize community service events, reach out and collaborate with campus organizations, and facilitate action that makes sure all student voices and needs are seen, heard, and valued.
***Leadership positions will be appointed to exceptional candidates as Vice-Chairs who will lead their respective teams. Apply ASAP!! Deadline: October 15th!

ASUCR Student Voice Committee:
Highlanders! Student Voice is back and more ready than ever to get started for the year! Applications to become a Delegate for one of our three groups are open and linked here!

<https://forms.gle/1F6q2qkbLbSXESMz8>What do we do? We here at Student Voice are the avenue for student's to come to us to voice their opinions, concerns, views, and more to the Committee and the appropriate ASUCR Offices.

Who can apply and what can we offer? Anyone can apply no matter what, our three groups offer different experiences and responsibilities to best fit the needs for the Delegate. If a Delegate wishes to focus on marketing, graphics, flyers, and hosting or promoting events the Media Group covers this all! Another, if a Delegate wishes to focus on investigations, research, interviewing, case studies, and more then the Investigation Group is the go to! Lastly, if a Delegate wishes to focus on making connections, being the link between the Committee, ASUCR, and other organizations while representing us, the Ambassador Group is there!

ASUCR Volunteer Opportunities: ASUCR brings forth an exciting opportunity for all UCR Students.
The Riverside County Office of Education hosts annual competitions for their students across Riverside County: Academic Decathlon, History Day, and the Science and Engineering Fair. These events are great ways to provide students across Riverside with learning opportunities and are an amazing way to strengthen students' interest in their education and their future.
We reach out for any interested volunteers to assist with these events. For each event we will need:

  *   History Day<https://forms.gle/DC227tUqME1AL6S18>: 60 Volunteers (20 of them with a degree in History completed or in progress)
