The Office of Personnel is dedicated to ensuring a fair and inclusive vetting and onboarding process for all committees. We are looking for passionate and dedicated UCR students to join one of these below committees as Committee Leadership and Members:

  *   Personnel Committee: Responsible for collaborating with all committee directors and holding committee leads under every office accountable through monthly committee reports and director evaluations. Guides with event planning and leadership for various committees. Every week, the personnel committee will guide and help oversee committee actions.

  *   Women's Rights and Equity Committee: Attempt to achieve both external and campus-wide awareness on Gender Equity and Women's rights issues. Work in coalition with the women's resource center and the LGBTQ resource center, in collaboration, to address issues.

  *   We Are Highlander Spirit Committee: Committed to the benefit and support student athletes who represent the University, and to draw more attention to athletics. Benefits the student body by ensuring spirit on campus.
  *   International Student Voice Committee: Responsible for prioritizing and bringing to light International Student issues and resources. The purpose of the committee is to ensure the inclusion and participation of campus-wide activities and academics of international students.
  *   Campus Safety Alliance Committee: Discusses and attempts to resolve any and all safety issues pertaining to the UCR campus community. This committee shall act as some type of support system that connects students to resources that are available for them. They shall work in coalition with the Campus Safety Escort Service, CARE, and the Health and Wellness resource in order to build a relationship with students that can help them access safety resources easily.
***Leadership positions will be appointed to exceptional candidates as Committee Chairs or Vice Chairs who will lead their respective teams. Apply ASAP!! Deadline: October 1st!
