Hi Highlanders!

The Office of External Affairs and PODER (Providing Opportunities, Dreams, and Education in Riverside) will hosting an event designed to address the unique challenges faced by undocumented students, and their families with a direct focus on legal insights and actionable support meant to empower and inspire resilience in the face of uncertainty. We will be joined by a lawyer to help ease concerns, and empower students of their rights!

We hope to create an event that reflects the needs of our Riverside community, and those that will be in attendance. We cannot do this without your input! Your input will allow the event to flourish and address key concerns. Highlights from the UCR International Affairs Office:

International Affairs serves as a central hub for the University's international activity.

Our goal is to amplify UCR's global connections, enhance our global impact, and provide a world-class education that equips our students with the tools to navigate a changing global landscape.

The UCR International Affairs Office is looking for qualified, kind and passionate students to fill the International Student Assistant II and International Student Coordinator positions in their office. All job listings can be found on Handshake. See below for the job reference code.

There is still time! The ASUCR International Students Committee wants to hear from you! What kind of programs, events, or activities do you want to see for Winter 2024 and the future? Your feedback and suggestions are highly beneficial for your student government leaders, as well as numerous on-campus student organizations and departments.

This form should take no longer than 10 minutes. By completing this feedback form, you are automatically considered for a $15.00 gift card! Winners will be notified via email, along with further instructions.

Note: You do not need to be an international student to complete this form. You must: 1) be an enrolled full-time undergraduate student for this academic quarter, and 2) follow the ASUCR Instagram account @asucr.
