<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">Thank you to all those who have submitted their proof of the COVID-19 vaccination by the deadline of August 16, 2021. Student Health Services is in receipt of thousands of new vaccination
records. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">With that being stated, we are asking those who have recently uploaded their proof of COVID-19 vaccinations to exercise extreme patience while Student Health Services process verifications.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">If you have not submitted your proof of vaccination or completed a
</span></b><a href="https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9tcvooIXRELloYm"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">medical and/or religious exemption</span></b></a><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">, the consequences
of non-compliance will begin with current/future registration, including a hold on second pass, which begins on September 10, 2021.</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">If non-compliance persists, interim suspension will take place, which is
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%;background:#FEFEFE">a suspension of student status and privileges that includes <b>exclusion from classes</b> and other university activities. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">Please note, Student Health Services is accepting proof of the COVID-19 vaccine first dose. If you are scheduled to receive your second dose following the Aug. 16 deadline, you must contact
