Employees of the University—including faculty---are obligated by the UC SVSH Policy to report promptly any sexual harassment concerns involving students (managers are required to report incidents involving any reporting staff) to Title IX.<span style="">

<b>After UCR’s Title IX Office Receives a Report…<br>
</b>Trained staff carefully review the report, offer supportive services to any student who is identified as having experienced sexual violence or harassment, and consider resolution options under the SVSH Policy.<span style="">
</span>When appropriate, interim measures such as no contact order or interim suspensions may be issued. These measures assist and protect the person reported to have experienced the sexual violence and the campus community and deter further violence.<span style="">
</span>Supportive services and interim measures are confidential; UCR respects the privacy of its students, faculty, and staff.<span style="">
