<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">In compliance with the <i>Clery Act</i> (the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act), the University of California, Riverside has published
<a href="https://compliance.ucr.edu/clery-act-compliance#annual_security_and_fire_safety_report">
2022 Annual Security & Fire Safety Report.</a> The report provides crime and other safety-related information to members of the campus community. This report contains three years’ worth of crime statistics (2019-2021), as well as statements regarding certain
campus policies and procedures, including policies regarding sexual and gender-based violence. This report also includes fire safety policies and procedures and fire statistics for on-campus housing facilities from the previous three years, in compliance with
the Clery Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA). <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default"><span style="color:windowtext">In addition, Section IX of the report contains important information on UC Riverside Policy and Prevention Program on Alcohol and Drugs. In accordance with the
<i>Drug Free Schools and Communities Act</i>, Section IX serves as the required annual notification to all employees and students about alcohol and other drug abuse prevention programs at UCR.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
