To comply with this order, please take the following steps: 1. *The notice must be posted no later than Thursday, February 26, 2026*, and must remain posted for thirty (30) consecutive workdays excluding holidays. In order to avoid any disputes as to what constitutes a ?workday? and to satisfy our posting period obligation, *the posting must remain in place until April 10, 2026.* 2. In addition to the physical postings, the Notice shall also be posted on any electronic sites where departments post employee communications. 3. Reasonable steps should be taken to ensure that the notices are not reduced in size, altered, defaced, or covered with other material. 4. In addition to the posting in each department, the notice will be posted on the Human Resources website, under the ?Announcements? section, with the heading ?Notice to Employees of Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) Decision No. SF-CE-1482-H. The Notice has already been distributed to Teamsters-represented employees via email. 5. Please report where and when the notice is posted physically and electronically so that we can report back to PERB about our compliance.
