[Tapscustomers] RTA Bus Riders GoMobile Account Changes

RTA Bus Riders:
Thank you for your participation in the RTA UPASS Program.  As you know, RTA recently moved their platform over to the new GoMobile App.  Due to some inconsistency errors and system changes, we have found that it would be best for everyone to use their UCR NetID email when registering.
You are currently registered with a different email address such as Yahoo or GMAIL.  In order to get your spring bus pass, we need you to re-create your RTA account using your UCR NetID email (NetID at ucr.edu<mailto:NetID at ucr.edu>).  Please follow the attached instructions to register.
You can begin the re-registration process as of Wednesday, March 14, 2023.  Please make sure it is done before March 24th in order to get your spring bus pass.  You will have access to both accounts through March 24, 2023, then beginning March 25, 2023, your other email account will no longer have a pass and your spring pass will show up in your UCR NetID email account.
