moment to remind all participants of the R’Commute Rules &
Guidelines—please see the attached document for full details.</span></div>

<p class="gmail-MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">The R’Commute program is designed to encourage commuters
to choose alternative transportation instead of driving alone to campus,
helping reduce parking demand and promote sustainability. Each fiscal year,
participants receive the free 10-pack permit subsidy for one primary mode of
alternative transportation, based on the method they use most often.</p>

<p class="gmail-MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Please note:</p>

<p class="gmail-MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">If you choose to withdraw from the program to purchase a
regular parking permit, you will no longer be eligible for R’Commute benefits
until the next fiscal year. 
Additionally, participants may only change their selected mode of
alternative transportation once per fiscal year.</p>

<p class="gmail-MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">IE Commuter Incentive: New R’Commute members who live in
the Inland Empire may qualify for $5/day subsidy for the first three months of
using alternative transportation, thanks to the county-sponsored <a href="https://www.iecommuter.org/rp2/Home/Home?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=SB-Commuter-Metrolink-1-2025&utm_term=&utm_content=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22692351338&gbraid=0AAAAA-ZTI_MKJzpIlVVLa9N01sPks38Vb&gclid=CjwKCAjwwNbEBhBpEiwAFYLtGJ_1PzLRqnfbNZ7p1s2qhPV1_2-Bay_JDXZCasz72wVlyQkzEadGExoCf_EQAvD_BwE" style="color:rgb(70,120,134)">IE

alternative transportation and experience an emergency or illness, you may be
eligible for reimbursement for a Lyft or Uber ride home (up to twice per year).
To use this benefit, simply complete the IE Commuter <a style="color:rgb(70,120,134);text-decoration-line:underline">Reimbursement
Claim Form</a> and email it to <a href="mailto:alttransportation@ucr.edu" style="color:rgb(70,120,134)">alttransportation@ucr.edu</a>
for verification.</p>
