[Ucrfacultyandstaff] NOTICE: R'Space Portal Maintenance

Dear Faculty and Staff, 

 

This email is to inform you of on-going maintenance to the R'Space portal
taking place today and tomorrow in response to the service outage. Yesterday
evening ITS restored R'Space access after deploying a temporary fix. Over
the next couple of days ITS will implement the permanent fix to fully
restore services. Due to this maintenance, R'Space services may be
intermittently unavailable from 10:15PM until 11:59PM on Wednesday, October
21.

Please be advised that the R'Space portal is currently experiencing an
unexpected service outage. As a result, you will be redirected to a support
webpage that contains links to your portal tools and resources. This page
can be accessed by visiting rspace.ucr.edu <http://rspace.ucr.edu/> . Please
note that you will be asked to authenticate your identity via UCR single
sign-on if you are attempting to access a secure resource.  

 

This is an interim solution until R'Space portal services can be restored.
