COVID-19 vaccine update
UCR has begun vaccinating its frontline healthcare workers and essential employees required to physically be on campus. It will move to the next phase of vaccination in accordance with the California Department of Public Health prioritization protocol.

UC President's Job Protection Program
UCR will join seven other campuses and not implement the program, which would have imposed some level of temporary salary reduction this fiscal year. Many employees provided feedback about the proposed program.
