Satisfied with your current benefits elections? Not making any changes? Then, no action is required and all existing benefits will roll over to the new plan year, January 1, 2022; unless you are enrolled in the Flexible Spending Account Plans which requires renewal of contribution amounts each year during Open Enrollment.
