The 2025-26 state budget, recently signed by the governor, includes a $1
million cut to UCR but no across-the-board cuts are planned. Other
resources will help the campus meet its fixed cost increases.

*Program serves free leftovers to students*

ScottyEats is aimed at reducing food waste and providing students in need
fresh food from Glasgow Residential Restaurant. The program wrapped up
a successful first run last month and will return in the fall.
