I write to announce the launch of a national search for the Vice Chancellor
for Development & Alumni Engagement

(VCDAE) at UC Riverside, the position formerly known as the Vice Chancellor
for University Advancement. The search officially launched last week, and
we are encouraging prospective candidates to submit their materials no
later than 11:59 p.m. (PST) on March 08, 2026.


The campus has retained Isaacson, Miller

a national executive search firm with a dedicated team focused exclusively
on advancement searches, who bring executive search expertise grounded in
deep knowledge of the advancement field. Screening of complete applications
will begin immediately and continue until the completion of the search
process. Candidates will be recruited over the coming months, and we plan
to conduct finalist interviews in late April.
