<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I am deeply saddened to inform the campus community of the March 16 death of Joanna Sosa, a Customer Service Coordinator in Housing Services.
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Joanna joined the UCR community in October 2021 as a Lead Teacher in the toddler classroom at the Center for Early Childhood Education. In October 2022, she accepted a position
with Housing Services as a Customer Service Coordinator, where she supervised a team of 11 student staff members, managed frontline customer service and student communications, and collaborated with partners campus-wide on campus and housing outreach events.
Before joining UCR, Joanna served as a Lead Infant Teacher at the Family Service Association.
