[Ug-students] Undergraduate Students Register Now: ASPB Presents Spring Splash

Hello Highlanders,



The Associated Student Program Board (ASPB) is excited to invite all
UCR undergraduate
students to join us for our end of the year concert, Spring Splash on
Saturday, May 17th 2025! This year’s Spring Splash will feature live
musical performances, food trucks, attractions photo booths, and much more!



In order to attend Spring Splash, all undergraduate students must complete
ALL steps (1) RSVP on Karma and receive a QR CODE , (2) complete the
pre-concert safety module, (3) have your physical R’Card , (4) show email
completion of all the previously listed items to receive your wristband
during distribution days.

**Late registration will not be allowed after the deadline. Students who do
not register on time will not receive a wristband. Please ensure you pick
up your wristband before the event, as no wristbands will be distributed on
the day of or once attendee capacity is reached.**



Step #1- Reserve a ticket
<https://myadv.ucr.edu/forms/SpringSplash25>– Registration
closes on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:59pm. We will not be accepting
Karma RSVP/QR CODE past the deadline.


Step #2- Complete Pre-concert safety module
<https://echeckup.sdsu.edu/echeckup/concert/intro>- Must be completed
before picking up your wristband. Be ready to show your eCheckup email.

show our staff the available email*


Step #3 Present Physical R’Cards– Must present your physical R’Card to pick
up a wristband and for concert entry. If you have misplaced your card,
connect with Card Services at Highlander Service Station prior to Spring
Splash to ensure entry.(cardingoffice at ucr.edu)


Step #4 Attend Wristband Distribution Days- While wristband supplies last!

Wristband Distribution will be held in the HUB Plaza, check out our
instagram for more updates.

   Monday, May 12th: (10 AM - 4 PM)
   -

   Tuesday, May 13th: (10 AM - 4 PM)
   -

   Wednesday, May 14th: (12 PM - 6 PM)
   -

   Thursday, May 15th: (12 PM - 6 PM)
   -

   Friday, May 16th: (11 AM - 5 PM)


On the day of Spring Splash, entrances will open at 4:45pm. Students can
line up to enter the event near the Student Services Building Lawn starting
at 3pm. To enter, students must present their physical R' card and Block
Party 2024 wristband. If their wristband and/or R'Card is lost, students
will not be allowed to enter, NO Exceptions. No wristband and no R’Card
equals no access to the event.



Concert Policies

· Doors close at 7:30pm.

· No re-entry into the event.

· Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

· Only small body bags permitted; no larger than 5”x7”.
