2026-2027 Student Leadership Positions
ASUCR student leader positions are held by elected and appointed
undergraduate students who govern and advocate on behalf of the UC
Riverside undergraduate student body. These positions span seven offices,
the Office of the President, External Affairs, Campus Internal Affairs,
Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Finance, Marketing and Promotions, and
Sustainability, as well as the ASUCR Senate and Judicial Council. Each
office is led by an elected Vice President or the President, who appoints a
team of directors, commissioners, coordinators, and fellows to carry out
the office's work. Student leaders serve one academic year and are expected
to uphold ASUCR's standards and ethics, which include commitments to
respect and transparency. Whether you're interested in legislative
advocacy, campus safety, basic needs, financial oversight, communications,

Agenda and Documents can be found on the ASUCR website
<https://asucr.ucr.edu/meetings-minutes>.
ASUCR's Senate acts as the main decision-making body of student government,
representing the voices of undergraduates across campus. It’s made up of
elected senators from each college, along with executive officers who help
organize and support student-led efforts. The Senate meets every week to
review and vote on legislation, distribute funding to student
organizations, and talk through issues that impact the wider campus
community. Meetings are led by the Executive Vice President and follow a
structured format to keep things fair, open, and inclusive. Overall, the
Senate plays a vital role in making sure student voices are heard and in
improving student life at UCR.
